I booked on Viator: how do I access to my guide?
You have a link and password in your voucher! You can use them from the day before of your reservation (example: you booked for the 9th March so you can access from the 8th March). If you access to the page before, your password will expire and you might not be able to access on the day that you’ll need it!

You can go into your app, search for your booking and click on it (images are in Italian but the idea is always the same!

There you have your link and your password! If you can’t click on the link, just copy / paste it in your browser (chrome works better) !
Link and password are valid for all the people that you booked for!

Where can I get my guide?
You have a link and password in your voucher that are valid for you and your group so we won’t physically meet for the digital guide and for the tour! Check first questions in this page!
I booked multiple tickets: how can other people access to the digital guide?
You have a link and password in your voucher that are valid for you and your group. You can easily share link and password with them. For example if you booked 3 tickets, password will activate the guide on 3 different devices.
I inserted the password but it keeps saying that is not correct!
Be careful: don’t put any blank space before/after your password! If you still can’t access you can easily text me on whatsapp (by clicking here).
How does digital guide work?

What time does the tour start?
You can activate it and access the guide even the day before your reservation 😉! That way you can already get organized and see what’s waiting for you in the experience! So, there is no specific timings: you decide!
I can't hear any audio! What should I do?
The first tip is to reload the page! If that doesn’t work I invite you to open the guide from the “Chrome” browser !
If your connection is not very strong sometimes loading problems occur (unfortunately I can’t do much about this except invite you to try again a few minutes later!). However, consider that the audio is virtually identical to the text part!
How long does access to guidance last?
Access will last for 3 days starting from the date of booking! This will give you plenty of time to visit your city! In addition, if you need more time you can easily text me on whatsapp (by clicking here) and I will extend your access to the guide for free!
Are we going to meet you at the meeting point?
Unfortunately no 🥲! You are going to be guided through my digital guide and you will explore the city by yourself!
How do I set up the language?
In the upper right screen you can select the language by clicking on the “flag.” The languages currently available are: English, Spanish, Italian, German and French !
How long is the tour?
It depends on the city but in general..It’s up to you! The password is valid 3 days so you have plenty of time to explore the city! During these days you can freely start/stop/skip things : the experience is in your hands!
When can I start my tour?
You can activate it and access the guide even the day before your reservation 😉! That way you can already get organized and see what’s waiting for you in the experience! So, there is no specific timings: you decide!
Can I change the order of the itinerary?
Sure! I created the itinerary in order to optimize it as much as possible! However you can choose to change the order as you prefer 😊. Before each attraction you will find a button with google maps directions: just get around using those!
I can’t find you at meeting point!
I’m not there 😉! I will guide you through my digital guide on your phone! You are going to be guided through my digital guide and you will explore the city by yourself! You have a link and password in your voucher that are valid for you and your group!

Where can I get headphones for the audioguide?
Unfortunately we won’t meet for our tour but I will guide you thorugh my digital guide!
How can I use the map?
At the beginning of every digital guide you will find a map that will show you the itinerary! However, you don’t need to use that one! Before every attraction / monuments included in the tour you will find a button that connects you to google map. You just press that button and you are done! Once you get to your destination you can go back to the digital guide and read/listen everything!
Are there any monuments ticket included?
Unfortunately no. If a monument or attraction has a ticket to buy, you will have to buy it separately.
Do you have any food tips for me?
