1) Peschiera Maraglio
Welcome to Peschiera Maraglio , the village that welcomes almost all visitors to Monte Isola… and does so with a certain style. Get ready to explore this area!
2) Sensole
Sensole is a small, charming village on Monte Isola. We’ll just be passing through and won’t see much but there are cool stories that I want to share with you!
3) Menzino & Rocca Martinengo
Smallest village in Monte Isola but.. still few things to mention about it! Also we can stop here for a water break or gelato break!
4) Siviano
Here we are at the island’s official capital, nestled about 250 meters above lake level! The biggest church of the island is in this village but also some curiosities about.. nets!
5) Chiesa dei Santi Faustino e Giovita
A small gem built in 1734 that worth a visit! Even from here you can enjoy both the beauty of the church and the view of Lake Iseo.
6) Santuario della Madonna della Ceriola
It’s certainly a strenuous climb up there… but what a view! Once you reach the top, the feeling is truly breathtaking! Reaching the “Santuario” is not mandatory for the tour but I included some info also about this wonderful area!
7) Carzano
A picturesque village famous for the fantastic “Flower Festival.” It is also a good place to take a break on the village’s comfortable beach. We will also talk about a very important thing for the island: salami!

The most convenient access point for reaching Monte Isola is Sulzano, located about 24km from the Brescia Ovest highway exit. Starting from Brescia, just follow the signs for Lake Iseo and take the state road that runs along the shore, offering splendid views of the landscape.
Sulzano is also easily accessible by train: the Brescia–Iseo–Edolo railway line stops directly in the village, a convenient solution for those who prefer to travel without a car.
The two alternatives I recommend for parking your car if you want to visit Monte Isola (last price update €10/day):
– Gerolo car park (click here to get there)
– Via Dante car park (click here to get there)
There are also paid parking spaces near the town hall (blue lines, €2.50/hour), but you’ll end up spending a lot more at the end of the day!
If you’re feeling really lucky, you can also try along this road (click here to get there): you’ll find some white spaces that will save you the cost of parking (but you’ll be a little far from the port of Sulzano).
Then follow the signs to the port of Sulzano, where you can take the ferry (every 15 minutes, for a journey time of about 5 minutes) to Monte Isola!

Before every attraction / monuments included in the tour you will find a button that connects you to google map. You just press that button and you are done!
